One of the things I hate is when there’s lots of fine print and a long list of reasons why not to honor that warranty. We do not have that. Our warranty is simple and straightforward, with just 3 simple qualifications. We’ve got your back, and you can have confidence in your vehicle repairs when you come to Rexburg Car Shop.
What’s Covered in Our Lifetime Warranty (and What’s Not)
While our lifetime warranty covers the majority of our repair work, there are a few important details to note:
1. The lifetime warranty does not cover consumable items – Things like oil, brake pads, spark plugs, and other wear-and-tear items aren’t covered. These parts naturally wear out over time, even with the best maintenance.
2. Engines and transmissions are not covered – Due to their complexity and the nature of repairs, engines and transmissions are not included in the lifetime warranty.
3. Location requirement – To use the warranty, you need to bring your vehicle back to Rexburg Car Shop. Bring it in to us and we’ll fix it up like it was new. But, if life circumstances take you to a different state or an emergency strikes when you’re travelling, don’t worry—we still offer a 3-year nationwide unlimited-mile warranty. For 3 years, you’re covered no matter where you take your car.
