Automotive Service Writer Customer Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service department

• Prepare accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services
• Explain repair recommendations and options to customers in a clear and understandable manner

Automotive Service Writer

– Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics helpful, but will train
